The master sales site should use Organization, WebSite, BreadcrumbList and relevant Offer/Product-like semantics only where accurate. Do not publish LocalBusiness or Plumber schema for fictional territory pages. Once a licensed operator represents an actual business location or service area, its operator page can use the most specific valid local-business schema with real address/contact information.
