Does licensing a city address grant a contractor license?
No. Operators remain responsible for all licenses, registrations, insurance and legal requirements applicable to their trade and jurisdiction.
Can one operator receive multiple markets?
Yes, if separately negotiated. Territory scope should be explicit in the agreement.
Why not publish thousands of city pages?
Because thin, repetitive local pages can create poor UX and SEO risk. Publish genuine, useful territory/operator pages instead.
